Exercise?

I do more than I used to. I'm trying to save money from every paycheck to start up a fitness club account, but until then what can I do? I work during day hours and then have to take care of my sister and sometimes fix dinner after. I don't have my own place so I have to work around everyone else's routines. (I don't even have my own room as of right now) What are some work outs that use little space, draw little attention and have big impact?

Well, you could drop down and do push ups or sit ups. Job in place while cooking, even if it doesn't seem like much, anythings better than nothing.

See if you can take a half hour 3 days a week to run or brisk walk outside

Walking is always good. You can walk around the block or around your yard. Also anything you can do at work helps. Instead of taking an elevator, walk the stairs. Part farther away when you shop. Get some hand weights and you can do some strength training with that. Get your family to exercise with you. It's more fun when you have others to spur you on. Good luck.
