Exercising late
What's your opinion on exercising late or shortly before bed? I've got some places to go afterwork tonight...and I really want to get my workout in...but wouldn't be able to do so until later in the evening. Not sure if that's a good idea or not.

Up protein / Lower carbs....HELP!
I often seem to find myself falling short on my protein goal....and easily hitting or surpassing my carb goal. I have my goals set at 40% Carbs, 35% Protein & 25% Fat. DONE!! I can't believe it!! I finished the 30DS!!!! In the beginning it felt like it was going to be a lifetime to get to this point. But now that I look back, time really flew by!! Level 3, Day 9
Day 9, level 3 is done! OMG!!!! ONLY ONE DAY LEFT!!!! But, I have an issue. Yesterday, I tweaked my upper hamstring/glute. Level 3, Day 8
Done! Only TWO DAYS to go!! Didn't get the best burn in today. I think I strained a butt muscle!! Ugh. Hoping that resting tonight will be enough for it to stop hurting so I can bang these last two days out!!

Day 7 of level 3 is DONE!! Everyone sing with me....."It's the final count down!!!" Only three more days to go!!!

Level 3, Day 6
Day 6 of Level 3 -- DONE!! Really really pushed myself today! Did more of the advanced moves. Push ups and plank raises only about half the time at advanced, but pushing myself to try for longer each day. My burn today really shows how hard I pushed. 383 calories today vs. my usual 330-340. WOOHOO!!! Feeling amazing!!!

Level 3, Day 5
HALF WAY DONE WITH LEVEL 3!!!! Day 5 is history!!! I pushed myself today - starting to get out of my funk. Tomorrow I will push myself to do some more of the more advanced moves. Gonna make the last 5 day count - gonna really push!!!

Done with day 4 of level 3. After tomorrow, I'll be half way done with the last level!!! I'm feeling like I need a boost of encouragement to really push hard these last few days. I can see myself slipping and not giving it my all. Please, give me some words of encouragement....please!!!

Wow - done.....thank god!!!!! Sooooo glad I have a rest day tomorrow!!! Today was a real struggle getting through the workout. Fingers crossed that a rest day will do me good...like they have in the past.

Level 3, Day 1
Done! I must say that level three, in general, is easier than level 2...for me anyway. There are still things I struggled with, but I'm sure will get easier each day. (All but the ab portion in set 3...I can't lift my heavy butt off the ground like that!!! I will keep trying...but whew....very very hard.)

Last day of Level 2 - Done!!! Will take more pics tomorrow. I can really see a change in my stomach and legs and arms. Clothes are fitting better!! Yay!! On to level 3 on Sunday - I may need some encouragement! Back to a challenge!!

Level 2, Day 7
Level 2, Day 7 - DONE on Sunday. Didn't push myself as hard as I did on Saturday because I was tired from being up very late with friends on Saturday night. Still felt good - things are definately getting easier. (but not the double crunches or the chair squats with the V raise!!! Those are still sooo hard for me.)

Level 2, Day 6
I finished day 6 of level 2 on Saturday. The rest day on Friday made a world of difference when it came to the workout on Saturday! I really pushed myself and burned the most calories I have to date doing 30DS!! Felt great when I was done!

Level 2, Day 5 -- DONE!!! Yahoo!!! I'm halfway through level 2.....and halfway through 30DS!!! Rest day tomorrow - Thank goodness!! I need it!!!

Day 4 of level 2 - DONE!!! I think 4 is the magic number! In level 1, day 4 was when I started feeling things getting easier. And today was the same for level 2. Things felt a little easier. Set 3 is still by biggest struggle!! And I still hate the double crunches. After tomorrow, I'm half way through level 2!!! Woohoo!!!!

Day 8 - Done!! I really want to slap those girls for smiling through the entire work out!!! Who on earth does that!!! And, I'm still having a hard time with the cardio in set one. My feet and legs just do not like an entire 2 minutes of jumping/impact.

I'm three days into my re-commitment of eating good and working out, and my husband just walks in the door with a peanut buster parfait.....and says, "this is for you". WTH?????
