Anybody have any favorite LGBT/ally bands they enjoy? I love Lesbians on Ecstasy and Uh Huh Her. Oh and Gossip. I'm also really into riot grrrl like Le Tigre :3 There are also a lot of really good bands with LGBT lead vocalists.

HRM + SWIMMING
Before I got my HRM, I would swim everyday for about an hour, and MFP would say I'd burn ~700 calories. Calories left over
What's an acceptable range of calories to have left over. With the amount of exercise that I usually do everyday, I sometimes have between 500 and 800 calories left. Should I try to eat more? If you could see my diary, you'd realize I eat plenty haha.
