scaling down after loss

Question: I've lost over 10lbs and I'm wondering if I should be scaling down my calories for the day. I've noticed that exercises that once burned 200-300 calories are now burning less. To me, this sounds like enough scaling down, but I'm open to reducing my calories...

I guess it would depend on your calories consumed. As an active male, you probably should eat at least 1500 a day.0

Go to goals and recalculate your calories based on current weight (at least I think that's where it is). Congrats on the 10 lbs!0
