Looking for winter running tips
Hi there! I've been running about 9 months so haven't really been through a winter yet. I'm curious if anyone still runs outdoors in the winter or are we stuck indoors? Other than gloves, jacket, hat...what other special gear is helpful or needed for winter running? Thanks in advance for any advice!

NROLFW did I do it wrong?
Today was my first day doing NROLFW. According to my HRM I only burned 97 calories; could that be right? I am 5'1" and close to goal weight so I know I don't burn as much as most people. Wondering if anyone is doing CrossFit successfully 2 days a week? If so, what other workouts are recommended in between? I travel Tue - Thur and still have access to a small hotel gym.
