does anyone have any good ones that they have done? i dont have a car to get to a gym and been doing it on my own but feeling like i in a rut. and not getting tired of but just a little bored, i really dont know how to put it.

i just map quested how far i walked yesterday, and its saying 7.29 miles, but i did it in 90 minutes. is that possibly and how should i have put that in?

I am new here and need and want to lose 40 lbs in about 2 months. or get below 33 %body fat. i have already changed my eatting habits and been trying to workout. i been doing the WII sports and a friend is mailing me a copy of the zumba dvd. does anyone have any other workouts that i could do on my own.
