Not sure if you are looking at breakfast or lunch but I would scour the menu looking for the best option.
Is there no way you can take something? I keep a bag of raw almonds in my car and one serving of those and an apple or banana will do me in a pinch for a meal.0 -
Ham and Egg CROISSAN'WICH no cheese about 300 calories...coffee0

IS there anything you can pack tonight?
Like putting dry cereal in a plastic baggie, or take a few apples.0 -
Bk veggie burger without mayo or cheese rings in about 320 calories, with their apples 80 cals and a diet coke/water. This is what I get there and it is SUPER tasty.0
