i have to take my daughter to the doctor in the morning, i dont have a car and the ride that i have to take there is going to leave too early to get breakfast. so i just going to stop at burger king 5 minutes away from her doctor and get her something there. but unsure about me. what would a healthy option be for me off the menu?

    Here is their nutritional info:

Not sure if you are looking at breakfast or lunch but I would scour the menu looking for the best option.

Is there no way you can take something? I keep a bag of raw almonds in my car and one serving of those and an apple or banana will do me in a pinch for a meal.

  • IS there anything you can pack tonight?
Like putting dry cereal in a plastic baggie, or take a few apples.

Bk veggie burger without mayo or cheese rings in about 320 calories, with their apples 80 cals and a diet coke/water. This is what I get there and it is SUPER tasty.
