Jillian Michaels 30 ds is good if youre a beginner. Shes also done Ripped in 30, No more trouble zones, 6 week 6 pack and Banish fat boost metabolism. I would recomend any of these but start with 30 Day shred or BFBM if youre a beginner.0

See what workout video netflix has, try that out, if not you can get just the Turbo 5 Workouts DVD Set here at amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Turbo-Jam-Beachbody-Rockin-Workouts/dp/B000EZHWVQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1315415876&sr=8-1
It's a fabulous fun workout video, it comes with 2 extra videos, so total of 7. It has Turbo Jam 20 minuted Quick Cardio Exercise, 45min Turbo Jam Cardio Party, 35 minuted Turbo Sculpt (weight training, very important to mix it up with this), also has Turbo Jam 20 min workout, and couple more fun video between 20-45 minutes. It's kickass, I have been doing for almost 2 weeks daily and I can already see definition in my muscles, this exercises tones and strengthens your muscles, you won't become bulky at all. The video are perfect, you will be exhausted when you're done but she paces it so well that it doesn't feel like workout but more like dance party. Or Any Beachbody.com workout videos, but buy it on amazon cuz it's way cheaper!
Also Billy Blanks Tae Bo videos are great, his workouts can be tough at times, but very good I am sure you can find it on amazon for cheap, or even Good Will sometime has it for like $3-5 bucks.
Good luck and have fun!0 -
Go to collagevideo.com and look around. This is a valuable resource in finding exercise DVDs you like. The have video clips, professional & amature reviews. We all have our likes & dislikes when it comes to videos. I personally have not found a Biggest Loser video that I liked (tried at least 4).... obviously many people share a different opinion.
Another poster suggested Netflix or Goodwill. This is an excellent idea. Try free (or at least cheap) videos at first .... it can help you narrow down what you really like.
