does anyone know how many calories it burns? i am waitiing on the dvd right now from a friend and cant find it in the list

    Go to www.zumbacalories.com to get an estimate and then add it to your exercise list.

    It depends on your weight, and your exertion to the exercise DVD. I've been told you can burn anywhere from 400 - 1000 calories per hour.
