i just map quested how far i walked yesterday, and its saying 7.29 miles, but i did it in 90 minutes. is that possibly and how should i have put that in?

90 minutes of whatever pace is closest to miles divided by/over mph, and log it like that. at least that's my guess. so that would be about 4.5--5 mph, which is a slow jog/brisk walk. sound right to you?0

I think that would be a 10 minute mile... you would have to run to get that. Were you running?0

That's possible, I do that too. Put that in walking very, very brisk pace under cardio :-)0

All I know is that 5 miles used to take me an hour and 45 minutes to walk. That map quest thing might be wrong. What i did is breakout a real map and measure with a ruler how much 5 miles was. You could also use a car.0

That would be an average speed of 4.86 miles per hour. Quick, but not out of the realm of possibility depending on the length of your stride.0

Yeppers it surely is. Great Job! I try to walk 10 miles a day. But I walk at a very slow pace, lol. But when I'm feeling really energetic. I'll knock out a mile in about 14 minutes.0 -
no i wasnt running, i just put my music on and move. i just dont see how fast i moving. and yes i do have a smartphone i going to look that app up right now!!! thanks!0
