Ripped in 30 Challenge for February
There is currently a 30 Day Shred challenge going on for the month of January. We would like to continue on our journey to get fit by doing Ripped in 30 in February. The challenge would run from Feb1 to March 1st, 30 days. Anyone in?

Re-measured today
So far I have lost 4.8 lbs and 9.5 inches total. Nothing at all in my arms even though they wobble less. Not too shabby. How about you?

What is next for you?
So after 30 Day Shred I am thinking Ripped in 30. After this I will need to move on to something else. I was thinking Power90 by BeachBody or one of the other BeachBody workout. I'm not sure I'd make it through P90X. What are you all thinking of doing next? Anyone do any of the BeachBody DVDs and can recommend one?

I need some help

30 Day Shred Level 2
Started it today and it is pretty intense. I can do all the moves without too many adjustments. I don't know if it is just that I am pushing myself harder or that I really am stronger after 12 days of Level 1. It went well and I am surprised. I just ordered the #0 Day Shred. I was wondering if I needed anything to be able to do the workout, weights, etc.? If I need weights what is recommended. I'd like to be able to buy what I need before the video gets here so I can start right away.
