I need some help

I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do next. I have lost 39 lbs so far and the last few weeks it has almost come to a complete stop. I weight 195 and am 5'7" tall. I want to get down to a fit 150ish. Being muscular and getting body fat down is more important than the number on the scale. I have been doing 30 Day Shred, walking and the elliptical. I burn about 900 calories 3 days a week and about 300 the other days usually more. I am on a restricted calorie down to 1200 calories. I tried figuring out how much protein I should be having but couldn't really figure out if I'm right. I think it is 0.5g per pound or 97g. But if I have that much protein how many carbs should I be getting? I couldn't figure that out. I also can't figure how to up my protein when I am so restricted in calories. I am more than willing to up my exercise to lose more and I am willing to sacrifice exercise calories for a protein shake if I need to. Can someone give me some direction or advise? What should I be doing to lower body fat, increase my muscle tone and strength? I'm kind of lost on what I should be doing.
