Figurerobics with Jung Dayeon?
It's a Korean workout series, they're about 30 minutes each..give or take. Jung Dayeon who 'presents' the workout out previously lost a load of weight and is around 45 in the videos I think! Has anyone heard of this workout series and if you have (and have done it) did you see any results?

Losing 4kg and not looking/feeling any different? :(
I've been weighing myself weekly and today's weigh in read 77kg, my starting weight being 81kg. I STILL can't see any difference :| Could it all be water weight or something like that? I'm not sure whether it's any use to mention that I haven't been exercising apart from the walking to college and back.

Time of the month
I'm not sure whether it's just coincidence that I have trouble sticking to my calorie goal when it's my 'time of the month', I've always had a sweet tooth but I crave sugar like mad whenever I'm on and it's a lot harder to ignore...hence the trouble sticking to my goal. I'm sorry if this is a pretty stupid question ><;; Counting calories is nothing new to me but I'm a little confused about my net calorie intake at the end of the day.
