I'm not sure whether it's just coincidence that I have trouble sticking to my calorie goal when it's my 'time of the month', I've always had a sweet tooth but I crave sugar like mad whenever I'm on and it's a lot harder to ignore...hence the trouble sticking to my goal.

Is it normal that this happens? D;

    it happens to me too!!! it suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks!!! but I found these Nabisco 100 calorie double chocolate chip cookies and they seem to help me out a lot!!! and I just try to remember CHUG WATER CHUG WATER CHUG WATER (thats very hard for me) Even though you are craving the sugar just keep telling yourself, "wait until tomorrow, don't give in until tomorrow" but the trick is DONT GIVE IN TOMORROW.

    I don't know that it's "normal" But i do it too, lol! I find that a few squares of a chocolate bar can make the fatty in my head stop taunting me.

    I hope it's normal, because I have the same problem. The only difference is I want to sit and eat chips. I certainly don't feel like exercising either! Good luck getting through another month :ohwell:

    Oh yeah!! So normal!! Try drinking hot chocolate that may help! Or leave yourself enough calories at the end of the day to sit down with a row of chocolate and give it a munch or have a square only at certain points in the day that add up to a row. I don't really like chocolate but when I am hormonal I seem to want it! I just factor it in. It may also be good to remind yourself that a lot of fruit is very sweet and no where near as naughty! Good luck!

    I just went through this. There is currently a stash of Halloween candy in my desk drawer at work.

    I only ended up eating two Reese cups and a little fun pack of Whoppers. I don't even want to know how many calories it is. I haven't kept track in awhile.

    Luckily, I'm still losing. I went up for a day or two, and it went right back down. I say if you're hungry, just have a little bit of whatever it is that you are craving.
  • three days before that time of the month i get cravings for chocolate bars, chocolate cake and chocolate icecream...things that i dont usually want to eat nor do i eat them...but its hard for to not buy them if i walk in a store...will power can be so very helpful at times!!!

    i try and counter-act these by having a Fiber One Chewy Bar with Oats and Chocolate or Yoplait Whips Chocolate Mousse...

    not exactly healthy options but better than a tub of Moose Tracks ice cream
