I have been doing a lot of 2 hour workouts lately, going to one class at following it with another class, but i'm wondering if this is going to hard? Sometimes I follow a cardio class with yoga which isn't as much exertion, but today i'd like to do body pump and then spin class - is this too much?
I have been eating healthy, pushing myself with my workouts and eating pretty low-calorie meals....the weight isn't coming off. What am I doing wrong?
I'm new to MFP and the world of counting calories. I'd like to better identify my good and bad habits. I've heard people say you should eat back your exercise calories but sometimes it's really hard for me to eat when i'm not hungry... still, weight isn't coming off. Help, please!
