I think you look great. If you do decide to diet, consider adding an upper-body strength routine (arms/shoulders/back). Broadening your upper half as you continue losing weight will help balance out the legs and make you appear closer to an hourglass shape with more proportionate upper/lower halves and a tiny waist.

In the spin class I take we do tons of pushups while on the bike. Perhaps try some of those?

Ahh I guess I should just give up while i'm ahead... I retract all inflammatory statements and would now like this thread to focus on singing kumbaya and affirming one another's annoying habits. :flowerforyou:

You should thank the people who posted photos of you for teaching you that photos you post on the internet are not private and can be used in ways you don't intend. Maybe now you will think twice before putting yourself at risk.

If I know what i'll be doing at the gym later on I'll enter it inro my exercise log in the morning- that way my calories are adjusted from the get go and I can eat some of the exercise calories ahead of time. You just have to make sure to do or burn what you planned to

Animal Vegetable Miracle is about fresh food and the pleasure of eating (and growing) real food. It helped me cut out a lot of processed foods.

Thanks everyone! I really suggest trying to make working out something of a social activity. My dad and I love to go to spin class together and it makes for good father daughter bonding. I have one friend who is a great runner so she's helping me train for a 5k, and another friend who is a dancer who I go to weekly yoga…

Make brown rice with steamed or roasted veggies the night before (or at the start of the week) and bring it in tupperware. Same with whole wheat noodles!

MFP sets your calories limit to be at a deficit right off the bat, even if you don't workout. If you look in your goals it will tell you what your personal deficit is. When you exercise, you increase the deficit even more because you're burning calories. MFP then gives you calories back to eat so that your deficit stays…

I find it really hard to log when I am at college because I eat in the dining hall and can't always know what exactly went in to the food I've eaten - I just ate healthy and only checked in on here now and then last semester and still lost 10lbs, You have to know yourself though and decide if you need the accountability…

Thank you everyone! I am 5'4 and hit 145 when i went to college. I am now 132 and debating what to set as a final goal. Thinking no less than 125 or whatever looks healthy and feels good. To answer the question, I haven't been doing one thing in particular but instead have made it a habit to try almost every class that is…

It's possible that seeing you weigh your food and track everything made him concerned. He may have just been trying to let you know that in his eyes you don't need to lose or maybe he thought you deserved a reward after all your hard work. Has he ever brought home treats as a nice surprise before? Maybe he just hasn't…
