Thanks everyone! I really suggest trying to make working out something of a social activity. My dad and I love to go to spin class together and it makes for good father daughter bonding. I have one friend who is a great runner so she's helping me train for a 5k, and another friend who is a dancer who I go to weekly yoga with. Find the people in your network and play to their strengths! I am mediocre at all those activities but with their help I am getting better!0
