I have been doing a lot of 2 hour workouts lately, going to one class at following it with another class, but i'm wondering if this is going to hard? Sometimes I follow a cardio class with yoga which isn't as much exertion, but today i'd like to do body pump and then spin class - is this too much?

You get the most results in the first 30 min of your workout. After 45 min your body gets used to being at an elevated heart rate. If you like the spin class, take it. You're burning extra calories and that's awesome. But if you'd rather do yoga, your metabolism is already at a high from the first 30 min of your workout and you're still burning fat.

They both have cardio elements to them, so it could be too much - but as pump is more a weights class, you could get away with it, I've done it a few times. I do double gym classes only if they are different types of class (ie no double cardios or double weights, although I would consider double pilates / yoga style classes as they are lower intensity as a rule).

I do it sometimes - my gym has Spin class followed by Body Pump on Saturday mornings. It's quite a workout, though. I'm usually exhausted when I'm done.

Weigh lifting then cardio is fine. I do that too but you do need fuel since you work out over 45 minutes.
Either have a snack 1 hour before the work out or and have some (protein + carb) drink during your spin class
so you do your best perform.

For me I have tea or coffee (caffeine) before the work out, then during the cardio I have some of my recover drink.

I was doing BodyCombat and then Pump and it was too hard to get through Pump so now I stick to one class or I make sure to do Cardio after Pump. If you have the energy I'd go for it. I find when I'm there I'm amped to do more.

It should be fine as body pump is weights and spin is cardio, just make sure to drink plenty.
I usually do a weight class on the same day as running,, or a cardio class and weight training.
