Vacation gain...ugh
Well after taking a 5 day vacation and "break" from the diet I now have an extra 3-4 pounds to loose again! Darn it... but we had a great vacation just wished I could have stayed on track a wee bit better. So today its back to making sure I eat right and the right amount of calories!
