How to stay focused on vacation?

We are going on vacation in the next month and would like to know some tips on how to stay focused and NOT completely ruin everything I have lost so far? I know we will be eating out some and I will be researching the menus before then so I can make a better choice of foods I will be eating but I also know I won't be able to keep up with my calories as much as I do now. So how do I make sure I have fun on vacation but not ruin the progress I have made so far?

Personally, I would not worry too much about what you eat but look at how much you are eating. Don't finish everything on your plate - restaurants always give you more than you need, so aim to eat between half and three quarters of what's on your plate. If you're still hungry after that, get some water.
That's my plan for when I go away later this year.0 -
you've been doing this long enough to know what kind of portions you eat. order a salad as an appetizer, leave a little on your plate from the main course, and either skip dessert or go take a walk and find a place for dessert. find a little time on you vacation to work out.
that being said, its your vacation and you should enjoy it.0
