Frustrated!

staying positive
Well, I did not lose this week. In fact went up 2 ounces. Probably because of the Cinch 5 day fast forward diet I tried last week. I know I had a decent week despite what the scale said this morning. I am not disappointed, I am seeing and feeling the effects of daily exercise and I will chalk this week up to muscle gain! :)

I am currently trying to forge through a plateau, (down to losing .4 for the last two weeks) and was thinking about trying the new WW pro points plan for a couple weeks.
