Low carb feel good foods would really help get those 10-15 lbs off without feeling deprived. What is everyone's favorite?

exercise, activity, sports?
Here you can write down the amount of time you exercised in a week or the number of cals torched :-) And maybe try to top that number each week! I walked A LOT last week and yesterday the total of cals I burned was 1759 ! Very happy and I'm going to try to beat that for next week :-) Keep on moving
