Forgot again, but doubt I've lost anything. My Croatian neighbour is back after 10 weeks. She's a sweet lady but I hope she doesn't bring me goodies like the last time they went to the Mediterranean!0

Gained just over 1 lb which means I'm now close to 4 lbs over my target. I'm sure it's down to naughty nibbles between meals so slapped wrist and back to sensible eating!0

I forgot to post on Friday...so will remember this week although I know I am up about 2 or 3 pounds due to naughty nibbles as well.

I wouldn't recommend climbing ladders or swinging from 12' hedges but it did help me lose 1and 3/4 lbs! Feeling ever so slightly better about myself!!2
