Lost 1 lb. surprising because last night I cooked stir fry veggies and added a Chinese Katsu sauce that I could tell had lots of sodium added so I needed to drink lots of water after the meal and first thing today.
A once a week weigh is enough for me otherwise I get too frustrated!! 😧0 -
Super Jackie. I got weighed this morning after yesterday's weigh in and alls well here as well. Nothing changed from yesterday in other words.0

Well, as I said on the main post I've reached my pre Christmas weight which I will TRY to maintain and so join you Sandy in trying to figure this thing out, lol.1

Lost 1 lb. It could be because I inadvertently missed lunch yesterday although I made up for it by adding a jacket potato to my evening meal of roasted pork loin!

I actually lost 0.5 lb
I forgot - I was so sleepy this afternoon. Hardly ate anything yesterday so I don't think it's permanent!

This is NO April Fools Day joke. I'm amazed! Felt thinner somehow so I jumped on the scale a day earlier and I'm grabbing before things change back!1 -

I want to reach my ideal goal weight by 1st May. Started end of January and almost there, cross fingers.1 -
Too much going on to think about weighing but will definitely be back once I have my home back to myself! Dread to think where weight will be by then! 😧2
