    Lost 1 lb. surprising because last night I cooked stir fry veggies and added a Chinese Katsu sauce that I could tell had lots of sodium added so I needed to drink lots of water after the meal and first thing today.
    A once a week weigh is enough for me otherwise I get too frustrated!! 😧

    Super Jackie. I got weighed this morning after yesterday's weigh in and alls well here as well. Nothing changed from yesterday in other words.

    Well, as I said on the main post I've reached my pre Christmas weight which I will TRY to maintain and so join you Sandy in trying to figure this thing out, lol.

    Lost 1 lb. It could be because I inadvertently missed lunch yesterday although I made up for it by adding a jacket potato to my evening meal of roasted pork loin!

    I'd love to be a bit lower, but at least adding two teaspoons of sugar to my coffee has me feeling less light headed.

    As always I cannot seem to lose any more once I reach this point. Well, will keep trying. I just need to lose 3 lb to reach my ideal goal weight.

    I actually lost 0.5 lb
    I forgot - I was so sleepy this afternoon. Hardly ate anything yesterday so I don't think it's permanent!

    The same........here I am again stuck on the same plateau as earlier. This tells me that the 1200 cals per day is maintenance for me.

    Try taking a day of eating anything you want and then go back to your way. Change your metabolism.
