94 - mine has been in the 90's every morning this week and good overall, except for being unexpectedly high once after eating BBQ ribs - I suspect the slaw, beans, and dry rub all had more sugar than I realized and it was just too much.
Ran the St Jude Marathon weekend 5k race yesterday, and was very happy with my pre-race regimen! Carb loading isn't really possible for a diabetic, but I ate a few more slow carbs the day before, a big bowl of oatmeal the morning of, and a big orange before the race. It seems like one orange is about perfect to keep me happy for a 5k run.4 -

97 for me. I love what running does for my blood sugar. Yesterday ran 5k at the park, stopped at a restaurant afterwards, ate a full meal including two pieces of garlic toast and half a serving of mac and cheese, was at ninety when I got home.2 -
Thanks rheddmobile. He is doing great, just waiting to see him. By the ti.e I got to eat 4 hours later I was at 74.1
