    88 today--& now have had 3 days in a row under 90 (seemed like it would never happen) so I can finally lower my Levemir insulin dose from 9 units down to 6 units and see how that goes over the next few weeks.

    88 today--reduction of my nighttime insulin (Levemir, from 9 units to 6 units) seems to be working out OK (so far).

    Turns out that shortly thereafter I started my (excuse the TMI) period. This isn't the first time that I notice highs right before that. I wonder if other women have experienced the same thing?

    You are not alone in this, every month is different and it will affect the numbers. My Dr says not to be worried about it around that time.

    What time did you eat the Chinese food? and was there rice included (there usually is)?

    What time did you eat the Chinese food? and was there rice included (there usually is)?

    I ate a couple hours before bed and only had about 3 bites of chicken fried rice, oh but I did have a couple cream cheese wontons. I am down to 139 before lunch. Will be more careful.
