I can't believe I spaced out til now! I'm going for 80 miles this month. So far I have 5.5 miles! Happy to be back - Cheers!0

11/1 through 11/3 - 11.53 walking (mostly up and down stairs (had to get a work out in where ever I could
)
Total to date: 11.53 of 180 miles
surgery was "successful" according to surgeon, but he is in a lot of pain and may not be permitted to leave hospital today0 -

November 2 - 3 miles
November 3 - 9 miles (this may have been my last bike ride until spring..sad!!)

Finally (sort of) felt like running yesterday. Still not 100%, but needed to run! Ran 1 mile and walked almost another.

Well no cycling in the snowy north country means not so many miles for me. I should get a bike trainer for the winter. Also should have kept track of all the shoveling I did over the weekend and yesterday... got some steps in doing that for sure! MTD 6

ELECTIONS DAY! We have workers for a state legislator candidate phoning from our house. Anyone need a ride to the polls?
Voted myself on the way to morning at the gym. Between the treadmill and the recumbent bike I can add 6.76 miles.

Yes, I worked there from 1986 to 1999 in Labor and Delivery (and a medical floor the first 1 1/2 years). Are you from/in Bayshore? I grew up in Brentwood - 11717
Today was a 3.4 mile run/walk. I'm happy to say the yoga pants I was wearing are too big now, but it is distracting when you're trying to move your *kitten* especially the running part.
