    Got my long run in and bam! just like that I should be back in the green. Feeling sorry for all of you up north. Feeling happy for me down south. The cold front came through here and people were complaining because it was 60F.

    Oh wow....60F and my Harley would be coming out of the garage!!! :smiley: I think we almost hit 30F today, but hey, Friday and Saturday it's going to hit nearly 50F!! WOOHOO!!!

    Got 2.1 mile lunch walk in again today even though I really didn't wanna. I'm thinking I gonna take the evening off from any further activity.

    Mostly indoors on stationary bike/elliptical, but a 15 minutes walk outside yesterday morning before the snow started - it was lovely :)

    There is a massive storm hitting the west coast right now from California all the way to Canada. It was reasonably sunny and warm at noon, so took a bike ride. Well that worked out fine until about an hour in. The wind instantly picked up to 40 mph sustained and 60 gusts. Well somewhere in that process I got hit by a big broadside wind and got blown off the bike. Got my feet unclipped in time, but me and the bike went down. Well message received. Just as soon as it was safe, I rode home, thank goodness I was only a half mile from the house when this happened. And thank goodness I didn't get hurt. We are going to loose power soon as the winds are now worse, so may be a cold night tonight.

    ANACONDA469 - Oh wow, that sounded scary! Glad you're unhurt!

    I got an ugly 3.4 miles in on the treadmill tonight. No lunch walk today. I'm going to start needing to bank a few miles here in the next few days as I have to go in for a medical procedure on Monday afternoon that will put a kibosh on working out for a few days. :grimacing:

    2.5 on the treadmill tonight.

    Anaconda, that's scary....glad you're ok. I'm in Northern CA and we haven't had near the wind we were supposed to, but it's pouring.

    Finally getting over the flu. Back on the bike and adding 16 miles for 36 out of 200. That should put me back behind and not seriously behind. :smile:
