    Oh boy, 3 ride days in a row! Going to have some rainy days next week, but I should get some riding done. In the home stretch towards goal, yipee! Nice way to close out the calendar week.

    Did a 4 mile warm up before I did my Chest, Shoulder & Tricep workout from the RIPPED with HiiT series! Now my upper half is going to be as sore as my lower half! :'(

    Lots of great progress this month!! I didn't get anything done today, but I'll have some time tomorrow morning before my surgery (if I get up in time lol). I don't have to be there until 2:30 so.... Thanks everyone for the well wishes. It shouldn't be any big deal, but I will be off my feet for a few days. I'll check back in tomorrow evening and let you know if I survived. :mrgreen:

    Starting to get back on track and over the flu. Got 10 more miles on the bike for a total of 46 out of 200 and got some weight lifting done. Let's see if I can start to pile on some miles and catch up.

    Another beautiful day. I rode my bike to the grocery store this morning, then went for a beach walk with my dog.

    Glad you are on the mend, Dean. P.S. Dean, my dog had surgery today. So far so good.

    @Dave - hope all is well and you got some good drugs out of it.

    After three long weekend shifts, I got up early to do a TRX class, then did a 4.4 mile run/walk in slightly cool weather, but when you're sweaty, it feels nice. Now to the couch with the remote control :D
