Well it was very depressing having to resent my number. Ill try not let that happen again....
I think it was triggered by being around a lot of free food at work today, and me saying no to it all, just to go home and binge. Weird thing was I didn't binge on junk food, just standard breakfast food really. Probably because I don't have any junk in the house...
Anyway, its off to bed feeling very sad for myself but Ill begin again tomorrow with a pre- work run to get myself back on track...

had one not good day. Getting a little frustrated with the scale. I feel like when I'm not bingeing and am properly exercising, my weight should go down. Instead it has stayed the same for a week (and at a number I very much dislike). Maybe I should take a break from daily weighing, even though i'm pretty obsessive about it.0
