    Options
    Jan 1: 1/2 hour calisthenics (squats and jumping jacks in there), 30 minutes Wii.

    Bonus round: 10 squats with 2X5 dumbbells.

    Jan 2: 30 minutes Wii. 45 minutes walking.

    Bonus Round: 5 squats with 2X10 dumbbells, 8 jumping jacks

    Jan 3: 20 minutes yoga/strength exercises, 20 minutes walk/jog

    Bonus round: 5 squats 2X5, 5 jumping jacks

    Jan 4: 30 minutes Wii Fit, no bonus round

    Jan 5: 25 minutes jogging, 5 minutes calisthenics, 60 minutes walking, no bonus round

    Jan 6: 20 minutes jogging, 40 minutes dance/various aerobic moves, squats and jumping jacks

    Jan 7: 45 minutes jogging/walking, did the bonus round

    1/2= 10 jj & 5 s. that's all today
    1/3= 40 walk and running stairs 5 jj and 5 sq.
    1/4= 72 walk/jog
    1/5= 87 walk/jog 5 jj and 5 sq
    1/6= 105 min. walk/jog
    1/7=101 min. Walk/jog

    1/1= 66 minute cardio class that included jumping jacks & squats
    1/2= 57 minutes legs/cardio (squats)
    1/3= 62 minute cardio class (squats)
    1/4= rest day
    1/5= 56 minutes legs/cardio (300 squats!! YIKES!!)
    1/6= 56 minutes shoulders/chest/triceps (included jack presses so I can count these as jumping jack :smile: )
    1/7= 45 minute cardio class (20 pop squats)

    1/2= 60 min aerobic step, 32 min bike, 45 min mod pace 10 JJ, 10 squats
    1/3=135 min including bike, aerobic step and walking 10 JJ , 10 squats
    1/4= 35 rowing, 30 walking 10 JJ, 10 squats
    1/5=108 walking, step, bike, 10 JJ 10 squats
    1/6=155 walking, step, bike 10 JJ 10 squats
    1/7=150 walking, elliptical 10 JJ, 10 squats
