    Options
    Jan 1: 1/2 hour calisthenics (squats and jumping jacks in there), 30 minutes Wii.

    Bonus round: 10 squats with 2X5 dumbbells.

    Jan 2: 30 minutes Wii. 45 minutes walking.

    Bonus Round: 5 squats with 2X10 dumbbells, 8 jumping jacks

    Jan 3: 20 minutes yoga/strength exercises, 20 minutes walk/jog

    Bonus round: 5 squats 2X5, 5 jumping jacks

    Jan 4: 30 minutes Wii Fit, no bonus round

    Jan 5: 25 minutes jogging, 5 minutes calisthenics, 60 minutes walking, no bonus round

    1/3= I worked this day for 9hrs in total with horses, I didnt do anything else, I wont count this.

    I can't do jumping jacks due to injury, and only just getting back into squats, so will sit that bonus one out for now.

    05 Jan - 15 minutes up hill on treadmill & 30 minutes cross trainer

    1/5= 56 minutes legs/cardio (300 squats!! YIKES!!)
    1/6= 56 minutes shoulders/chest/triceps (included jack presses so I can count these as jumping jack :smile: )

    Feeling achy all over today, and my spine is acting up, so taking it easy with an hour of stretching-yoga-type-stuff.

    ETA: the warm-up for my mon/wed/fri BJJ class consists 40 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 40 pushups, 20 bridges, 20 shrimps, 20 triangles, 10 ankle reach crunches, 20 oblique crunches (10 each side) and stretching. I did my weighted squats + jumping jacks in addition to that.
