Bonus round: 10 squats with 2X5 dumbbells.

Bonus Round: 5 squats with 2X10 dumbbells, 8 jumping jacks
Jan 3: 20 minutes yoga/strength exercises, 20 minutes walk/jog
Bonus round: 5 squats 2X5, 5 jumping jacks

Feeling achy all over today, and my spine is acting up, so taking it easy with an hour of stretchingyogatypestuff.
ETA: the warmup for my mon/wed/fri BJJ class consists 40 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 40 pushups, 20 bridges, 20 shrimps, 20 triangles, 10 ankle reach crunches, 20 oblique crunches (10 each side) and stretching. I did my weighted squats + jumping jacks in addition to that.0
