Thanks! I guess next thing is to keep this up for a year. It's actually been easy, all the urge is gone. The only challenge I could see coming up is if things change physiologically as I lose more weight or as I gradually reduce calories.

I lost count. I fell apart for a couple days as my body recovered from the Myrtle Beach Marathon. Ate liked crazy last week. But I got back on the horse this weekend, and I have had 2 great days in a row. 14 miles running Sunday, 10 miles running yesterday. I'll pick back up in March the daily accountability. But I have rebounded and back to 2 good days.0

Today was kind of a hard day - my dinner plans changed three times! I usually kind of freak out when I can't plan ahead and that can lead to an anxiety binge, but I managed to pull through by distracting myself with work.0 -

I'm jumping right in with this too as I need help and struggled last night fighting the binge! I think I'm going to track the days I log too as I've noticed when I do have binge sessions I tend to not log and then usually fall off MFP for a few weeks/months afterward. I want to be able to accept my weaknesses and find out how to fix them, so here it goes!
