That vindictive little you-know-what inside of me is so happy that I'll be seeing my ex in a few weeks because I look AMAZING and if he wants to cheat on me then he can just regret it forever. Talk about motivation17 -
@StacyChrz and @AlexandraCarlyle thank you, you're very sweet . I'm an exacting personality so I know I'll never be at peace with the tiger stripes even though, for my three girls, I would do it all over again. At least my legs escaped the stretchmarked hell fire

Pulled an 11 rep amrap set of 315 on deads, then worked up to 415 for an easy double. RTS has my estimated 1RM at 450, which puts me well ahead of my schedule for my December target of 495. I'll be stoked AF if I pull 500+ in my first meet. Will put me as Master (elite is 537) in the 165 weight class.9

Translation to English:
-I picked up 315 lbs. and put it down 11 times without resting.
-I picked up 415 lbs. and put it down twice, and it was relatively easy.
-The training analysis software that I use estimates that I can pick up and put down 450 lbs. once before having to rest.
-My training program is currently set up with the goal of picking up and putting down 495 lbs. by December.
-If I can pick up and put down over 500 lbs. by then, I will have a Master class (Elite class requires 537 lbs.) deadlift, for a bodyweight of 165 lbs.14 -

For the first time in possibly 2 decades, the seat in my car is no longer jammed as far back as it can possibly go, and the tiltable steering wheel isn't jammed as far up as it can get.
(Confession - I probably could have made these adjustments a couple months ago but, after ~2 decades, I had kind of forgotten car seats can move forward.)13 -

I've just had to put in for a whole new uniform. It's very undignified serving customers one-handed, because the other one is holding trousers up....
In USA-an for @Just_Eric: darn it if I didn't have to petition fer new britches at werk, y'all.... dumbass thangs jus' kept fawlin' down round mah knees!

Cleaning out one of my daughters closet and decided to see how close to fitting this dress she wore to prom her junior year would be.
It fit!!!
Too bad I don't go to any fancy parties!
