Howdy y'all. It's wonderful Wednesday! 71 with an expected high of 93 and 0% chance of precipitation.

Need to maybe wash whites and also need to get out to buy some kibble for the younger cats. Lilo and Oliver have plenty of their respective kibbles right now. I can pick up some more canned food for Oliver while out too, and if I time it right might even be able to pick up lunch for J if my memory is correct about Publix having Italian on the food bar on Wednesdays.

And I need to clean up yesterday's cat bowls and feed the cats.
    Hello Ed
Overnight lows are forecast to be in the 60s for the next week with reasonable high temperatures.

Yesterday we went to the local appliance store and bought a new leftover discounted floor model dryer. There was a Maytag that I would have been happy with for $20 lower in price. My brother did not like it as the controls were on the front which meant a flat top and my brother figured that he would be knocking things off of the top behind the dryer. There was a nice Speed Queen if pricey that I might have gone for, 5 year warranty on that one vs 1 year on the others.

I wish the Local Grocery Stores hot food bar had a pattern for what they put out. If so I have not figured out what it is :(
What is Mr. Wolfe eating now?
That looks interesting, I will know if I want to get one after viewing the Video later.
    Award winning recipes.
They may be award winning, however they do not look that interesting to me.
    Dairy free desserts.
They might be as good as ones with dairy or they may not be. Once again I will know how they taste to the person doing the video later on.
Howdy all y'all. It's thrilling Thursday! 69 with an expected high of 92 and 0% chance of precipitation.

Need to get yesterday's cat bowls cleaned up and definitely need to get on that laundry of whites. Meeting a friend at IHoP for breakfast in a while.
    Ihop or Ihob ?
Fast food restaurants that completely cheated.
I'll be looking at this one later also.

    Have a Good Day

    Hi
I'm back home from walking and No Money found. The Temperature out the door was 68 degrees and semi comfortable. When I left the house it was dry outside and there is rain in the forecast.
While walking I saw one deer on the outbound leg and three on the return leg.

When my brother went out to mow he found a pile of fresh deer droppings and when I went to pick the Green Beans I could see where the Deer had eaten a fair amount of the leaves and even the tomatoes had stems missing. I did get some Green beans, Raspberries and Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes OTOH. I also got a case of itchy legs, I should have put on the long pants first :(

Howdy all y'all. It's fantastic Friday! 70 with an expected high of 91 and 0% chance of precipitation.

Need to fold the whites from yesterday's laundry and maybe even put them away! And, of course, need to clean up yesterday's cat bowls and feed the cats.

Still fighting this sinus infection, with good days and bad. I know it's still there because I can still taste it. Blech. It's not presenting as bacterial so I'm going with the assumption, so far, that it's viral so no antibiotics. If it continues too much longer, I may actually get a doctor's opinion.

    Hi...
quickie this morning. Ted coming out to mow lawn shortly. I've had my banana, and if I don't get into the kitchen soon, that may 'be' breakfast! Coffee is cold..
Today is Fred Rogers Day on Google home page...cute video clip. Worth a look/see.
I need to watch the Costco vid. again...I don't recall seeing anything I'd have questioned. I do know that a Costco employee told me about the asterisk years ago. Its a good hint worth knowing.

Roger you seem to suddenly be seeing an uptick of deer. Sorry about your garden, but glad you were still able to get some produce for yourself!

Ed, hope you get your sinus' back on the 'good' side. Miserable headaches. I used to have them a lot when we moved to TN. Something there did not like my nose, and a lot of people had the same issues.

And, its now 3 hours later....kid showed up a bit ahead of schedule....yard now mowed, trimmed, early fall leaves blown out of driveway, and we sat and chatted after he washed his car. (I trimmed some Burfordii Holly while he washed his car.) Going to now fix my lunch, while the iPhone is installing the new operating system. Then it will be off to the gym, and when home again...kitchen stripping will commence!
    So exciting...lol!!

Back later and do reading and watching...what he heck was Emmy doing??? Don't tell me...I'll watch that first!

    Later...

Ok, just about all caught up on the video's...Roger, some of those 'architecture' fails are just enough to make you go head butt the wall several times....
Those dessert dairy free videos were delicious looking...I'd hate to think what the calorie counts were...or the fat percentages!!! There are several places out here that have vegan desserts..again you 'pay' for them in fat and calories, but for the occasional.......
Ted and I discussed his staying with me for a couple days if I have knee replacement surgery. He's very agreeable..I'm still on the fence. But this right knee is really giving me fits. Its inflamed..I can actually feel the heat if I put my hand on my knee, and mostly its also hurtful...so while the kid is taking his sabbatical I may take advantage of his help.

Finally did get to the gym...and had a nap as well this afternoon...kitchen is now cleaned up, have the step stool, and stripping will commence tomorrow a.m.. See you then!

Yesterdays weather had seasonable temperatures with humidity in the 80+%. Later today there is supposed to be a cold front moving through with lower humidity.

I think I may take advantage of the Coupons from the Acme and pick up the 3+ pound 80% lean Hamburger at $2.88 a pound, The $2.77 pound of Butter, and maybe a Chock Full of Nuts 23 to 26 ounce coffee for $4.99. For this area these are good prices sadly. Then Monday I need to go to CostCo for some frozen vegetables as I have enough left to go into tomorrow.

I sure would love to have a countertop fryer, OTOH I can not think of anything I would fry that is good for me, Fried Potatoes, Nope, Fried Chicken, Nope due to the Breading. Donuts, Too many Carbs and so it goes. Breaded French Fries would be tasty, but nope, too many carbs. And that is despite that I love Cheese Fries or Potato Skins with a cheese sauce

    Hi Valerie
Cold Coffee makes me shudder, forget Iced COffee, My brother can drink it hot or cold.

I did not even have to go to Google to see it as it was shown on the TV news out of New York. Since I do not go to Google often I would likely have missed it.

The Deer are eating the leaves off of many things, Zucchini leaves, Tomato Leaves and much of the leaves from the Climbing beans. My brother explains it this way, He says that they are eating heavy to put on weight for the winter.
Ed, hope you get your sinus' back on the 'good' side. Miserable headaches. I used to have them a lot when we moved to TN. Something there did not like my nose, and a lot of people had the same issues.

I'm guessing that the install went OK, I wish I could trust Apple and privacy issues, I have none for Google and Amazon especially the Voice interface devices and the Android O/S.

The architecture fails make You wonder, what were they thinking.

Sugar free, Fat Free, and Dairy free often run to a higher calorie count to get the expected taste.

I will say this, Mom had both knees replaced and that restored her mobility. The Doctors suggested to her to get both done at the same time as they were both bad since it is painful from what I gather. With both being done she ended up in a rehab facility which worked out for her. The one knee did not get 100% better since she put it off to long so...

    Good Luck
    Roger
