Hi
I'm back home from walking and No Money found. The Temperature out the door was 63 degrees at the time I left for my walk.
I am seeing more Halloween Decorations while walking, that started on the 29th of Sept.
I think I'll put the lighted Cat and the Lighted Bat in the Living room window today.

Frightened and hurt, the man called the police to report he'd been knocked down by an unknown assailant outside his back door. The policeman who went to investigate soon returned with a huge bump on his forehead.
"I solved the case," he reported.
"That's quick work. What did you find?"
"I stepped on the rake, too."
I never tried this, hmm...

Hi Valerie0 -
Howdy all y'all. It's terrific Tuesday! 69 with the expected high creeping back up to 86 and 0% chance of precipitation.
The dishwasher is running and the cats have been fed their canned food. Kibble will be down a bit later. Need to clean up yesterday's cat bowls and perhaps call Walgreen's regarding whether they have received any more Shingles vaccine as it has been longer than the expected wait time and no one has called me to say they have it. I need to get my flu shot as well and hope to get both on a single visit if possible.

where the heck did Valerie go??? And in answer, Hi Roger, Hi Roger and Hi Roger. (I think that's the right number.
First off....I DID watch both days of the hearings and you didn't want to hear from me. Although I thought Sen. Flake did us a great service by making a deal to have the FBI investigate. The POTUS has been strangely 'benign' in his comments. Wonder if he had already realized he picked the wrong guy. So, it will be interesting to see what comes of it. I have to wonder...this morning my brain was on its own, and suddenly it came up with Kav. was Jonesing...or about to detox. I bet his demeanor would have changed if they'd brought him a brew instead of water. Having been married to an alcoholic..you see things you remember...sneaky little signs..like his fits of anger, and bullying, etc. Not pretty.
Ok, nuff of that...
All well here. Ed I'm sure I'd have loved the aloo puri. Is Deshi open for lunch? I might like to try it out. Ted loves panner...too bad its cheese....too bad for me that is!
Soccer game on Sunday was great...not too hot, sat in the shade, 2 people brought their dogs. One was a complete hoot. I was ready to take him home! White, fluffy, mid sized dog with light green eyes!! I'd never seen a green eyed dog before...really neat.
The street STILL has not been paved......what more can I say???
I had a terrible day at the gym last week...Wednesday. Started out on the TM, same ole, same ole and my left foot began hurting, and my right knee. It was like the revenge of the body parts.....I soaked, rested, iced, etc even took Aleve twice a day...knee is much better...not the foot. It almost has to be muscular, as it only hurts when I take a step, and my heel lifts and the weight is on the ball of my foot. Not happy. I've been biking it both Monday and Today. You know I don't like stationary bikes!!
Tomorrow I will see Dr. Pat...I think my shoulder has done well, so she should be pleased. Meeting Ted for lunch. Also Ted is printing out a graph? color wheel of medicinal herbs...I sent him the pdf..cuz my printer is being obnoxious and not printing...could just need a good cleaning, as I really don't use it that much anymore.
Tom E. Cat had company Sunday I think it was. A medium gray short hair tuxedo cat. Pretty thing. Not sure how that started or ended. Tom was on the roof, as usual, Tux cat on the fence looking up (at Tom??) and finally I got bored watching and put the cat food on the porch, and figured I didn't much care who ate it. Eventually, Tom came off the roof, the visitor had left...so Tom had his lunch. I had sorta hoped the gray cat would hang around and Tom would have another body to snuggle up with this winter...so much for what I wanted!!! I've seen that cat before, it looks healthy, etc. I suspect its one that the 'old lady' a street over feeds. I got that info from the Animal Control guy the day I found the raccoon sleeping on my back porch. Hope the old lady is well, and able to continue feeding 'her' cats. The Animal Controll talked like there were 'quite a few' that she was feeding, and that they were trying to help her get all her cats neutered. There was also a black one for awhile around here, that I suspected was also from her house. Haven't see that cat....all black...green eyed! Long-ish haired.
Ok, I'm tired, and rambling...will check in sometime tomorrow, but probably not til late like tonite.
Later...0 -

Lest I forget, New Jersey has raised the Motor Fuel tax by another 4.3 cents Monday morning for a second increase in two years
Gas tax collections have fallen behind for two years now, precipitating Gov. Phil Murphy's administration to announce Thursday that it is raising the motor fuel tax 4.3 cents, bringing state taxes on a gallon of gasoline sold in New Jersey to 41.4 cents -- the ninth-highest of any state.
This follows a whopping 23-cent-per-gallon increase passed by the state Legislature and signed into law by then-Gov. Chris Christie in 2016.

I keep seeing people mentioning Shingles Vaccine, That makes me wonder if I need it or would it only make sense if I had symptoms ?
I broke up the Tetanus Shot and the Flu Vaccine so they were a week apart, I wonder if I should have had both at one time ?
We hit 100% Precipitation yesterday, Today I think is supposed to be a low percentage.

Good news for the Shoulder at least.
You could run a cleaning cycle on the printer, I am guessing it is a ink jet. They do like to be used periodically to prevent clogging. Laser printers do not do that thankfully and my $50 B&W laser is good enough for me and prints very fast too.Tom E. Cat had company Sunday I think it was. A medium gray short hair tuxedo cat. Hopefully You are right and if the Cat looked healthy She is OK IMO.
WhooHoo, The replacement for My original iPod arrived Yesterday and even now is plugged in and content has been loaded, I am just waiting for it to finish charging.
The form letter which is what the letter looked like, I say form letter as it is headed Dear Apple Customer stated that the one I sent in was toast. In nicer terms of course.
The way they said it was After Thorough Diagnostic testing, it has been determined that a replacement Apple iPod product is necessary. Enclosed you will find the replacement product.
They shipped it standard overnight via FedEx. They got the old one Monday and sent the replacement the same day, Whee. Despite being in a Cardboard box it does appear to be a new one or in as new condition. The Old one suffered a failed port where the charging/Sync cable plugs in. Since I have a spare bought when Apple said they were discontinuing them I was able to keep on walking and listening
Rambling ? It seemed clear and coherent to me.

Not a lot on the "required" agenda today. Need to get yesterday's cat bowls cleaned up and feed the cats. I'll look into that last in a bit.
