    Good morning.
Pretty dreary looking here this a.m. too. No special plans for today. Will see how the day unfolds. Daughter and son-in-law stopped by for a few minutes yesterday. That was a nice surprise.
    Happy Sunday!

    Good morning;
Yesterday we visited Harvard University and MIT. There were a lot of kids touring Harvard. It started to rain, so we came home and watched the football game. My daughter-in- law had never watched a game. Then we all cooked dinner together. It was a fun day.
Today my son has a job interview via Skype and then I think we are going to do a little retail shopping.
It has been pouring since yesterday afternoon with strong winds. I am just waiting for it to get lighter outside, so I can see if we lost any branches off of the trees out back.
    Have a great day! :)

I have posted more humor again

    Hi
I did some walking this Morning. The temperature this morning was in the 54 on the porch and 51 on the cable channel and it was raining while walking.
The rain moved in fairly heavy yesterday around noon into the evening. It appears that the rain is now finished, It did come to a end a little bit before I finished my walking.

    Yuck

It went beyond Dreary Sunday with rain totals in NJ from 1 to 4 inches.

That must have been really nice, That sort of surprise is always good.

    Hi Joanna
We escaped the really high winds here in town, Despite that I saw plenty of smaller branches down on the sidewalks and roads.

I find that weird that they would do a Job interview via Skype.

I hope that everything is OK for You as regards branches off of Your trees. There were some power outages in NJ, Luckily none happened to us here.

    Good morning.
Chilly this morning, only supposed to go up to the 50s today. Lots of rain last evening and overnight, apparently not as much as New England. Hope all is well, Jo. Saw some pictures of flooding in MA. Looks like the sun is trying to come out here, but it's very cloudy.
No big plans for today....a good day for projects around the house.
    Happy Monday!

    Hi
I did some more walking this Morning. The temperature this morning was 43 on the porch and 44 on the cable channel. Due to the weather forecast I have decided to switch over from Hiking Shorts to Hiking Pants, Both the 7 pocket type from Cabelas.

    Hi Irene
Having the room clear makes painting go much easier, All that is needed to do then is put a drop cloth on the floor.

It was not to bad this morning until a light breeze came up and then the Hiking shorts were not cutting it.

    Enjoy the Holiday

I did post more humor, Once I warmed up from the walking :)

    Hi
I did some more walking this Morning. The temperature this morning was 35 on the porch and 42 on the cable channel. I was glad I have switched over from Hiking Shorts to Hiking Pants with this mornings temperature.
We had 98 or 99 Trick or Treaters for Halloween which is up from the number I remember from last year. I was beginning to wonder is we would have any and then the first three showed up at 4:30 which is well after school is out. The Costumes on the Young ones were good too. The Young Ones were also excited to get the 50 Cent coins :)

    Hi Vix
You had a busy day. Nice Image too.
My Brother waited to long to get a Pumpkin and the ShopRite and Produce store and the Local Grocery Store had sold out. I pulled the Ceramic Pumpkin Mom made years ago and we used that.

Just curious what time You got Your first Kids at the door ? As I mentioned above, ours seem to have started late this year, I suspect that there may have been some sort of after school activity once I thought about it today :)

We both crashed early Tuesday what the extra activity handing out the treat :)

    Hi
I did some more walking this Morning. The temperature this morning was 58 on the porch and 59 on the cable channel. I wore a sweatshirt and heated mittens and was overdressed. I hung the mittens from the Carabiner I wear on my belt as a result.

    Hi Irene
That is precisely the reason we hand out 50 cent coins. No temptations left sitting around that might get eaten. The freezer idea could work, I know I have been known to pull things out and eat them frozen however so Good Luck.

I ended up overdressed and wished I had put on the thin long sleeve and thin gloves instead of the Sweatshirt and heated mittens which I turned to low and then off.

Congratulations on getting out walking and I hope the sun-room goes quickly for You

We painted on Christmas ornaments for a class project today. It was fun. They'll be hanging from the tree in the Sr. Center. I painted a peacock on mine. :)
