It was nice out the door this morning and as I look out the window I see more blue sky than clouds so It should be a really nice day.
BB&B is a good store and luckily is across the mall parking lot from the CostCo I go to as are Target and Home Depot
Part of what I like are their coupons.

I'm sorry to hear that the rain is lingering on where You are.
I suspect that the expired coupon thing which I did know about is due to their using the same bar code for new coupons as for old ones. I really should look and see if that guess is correct.

The rain was light as well as off and on, so much for accuracy in the forecast.They do take coupons online, Irene....maybe you have to have an account.
I tend to not like to spread a credit card number all over which is why I mainly buy online from Amazon. And Never ever use a debit card online due to lessened protection from using them. That is also why Neither my brother or I have one. Credit cards we do have OTOH just in case of a emergency expense.

I also got out early Friday and back before the rain arrived. The rain that did arrive was much earlier than the Friday Morning weather forecast indicated.
As I see it sale prices are more indicative of the real cost of a item. If I can use a coupon either separately or combined than whee !
It does make it handy to be able to combine stops that way. The Baby's R Us was there too as is Michael's which is handy for certain items too.

Working the Weekend never really bothered me nor did working Holidays. As I was delivering the lighter traffic and the fact that the recipients usually wanted to get done quickly was a side benefit to getting time and a half for the hours worked plus the 8 hours of regular time guaranteed in the Contract. So for the first 8 hours I was making Double time and half for working the holiday. After that it dropped to time and half so why not try and get home quickly.

I suspect that You got hit harder with the rain, There were only a few puddles around when I went out walking at 5:10 and the usual spots that have water lingering on were dry. According to the weather radar yesterday it appeared that the Rain was west and east of us leaving up mostly dry.

It was a bit chilly outside today here.
Yesterday I did make a visit to the Grocery Store and Picked up 50% off Pulled Rotisserie Chicken that I will use as a protein serving once I pull it from the freezer. I froze it since I am currently using some low priced Ham Ends. I used some of them yesterday in a Ham, Slice of Velveeta, Lettuce, Tomato, Miracle Whip between two slices of the 40 calorie 647 Italian bread. It was so tasty too.

I hope it is a routine visit and nothing critical needing the vet visit.
I have to plant a couple Dahlias that were dug up last fall after the frost hit them. I planted the first one last week that had shown it survived by sprouting and now more show signs of viability by sprouting too.
Other than that and Vacuuming the Living Room I have nothing much on my agenda.

We seem to be going from lower than average Temperatures to above average Temperatures in a really short span of days.
Well I got my chore(s) done yesterday, Vacuuming and planted a couple more of last years Dahlias that started to sprout after sitting in water for a few days, We had suspected that they dried out too much over the winter since we did not get them packed away properly, Oops. My Brother got the lawn mowed, when he was starting is when I went to plant and a few spritzes of rain hit, the rain never really did happen beyond a few occasional spritzes. Good morning;
Roger-congratulations on logging in for 3 years. I hadn't realized that it has been 3 years since NS shut down their chat room. Also congrats on finding 35 cents.
The vet visit was just a routine check-up. All Vinny's blood work came back good and his diabetes it under control. We are still waiting for Sophie's blood work to come back. It has to be sent out to a lab and takes a little longer for the results.
Irene-I hope you were able to get your hair highlighted. I am glad Annie is on the mend.
