    I haven't seen any precipitation today so far, OTOH it is not a bright day outside with thick clouds.

    I have eaten all the Robins Eggs, Jelly Beans and have not opened the Peeps :smiley: My Brother is not helping this Holiday since he brought some Chocolate Covered Mints for me to eat :(

    My next NS order is in May, I had not seen the Lemon Cake, I think I need to change my order to not only add those but make some other changes especially in the Snacks.

    P.S. I Just looked at the NS website and I see the Frozen Lemon Cake, I also see Frozen Cinnamon Coffee Cake that looks tasty too. I notice this too the new Chocolate Cashew Bar which I can not order as Cashews bother me :(
    I do wonder if the Low Inventory Golden Pound Cake and Carrot Cake are being replaced by the two frozen snacks. FWIW I did not care for the Sweet and Tangy Flavored Meat Stick enough to reorder more than one or two even if the Calorie Count is nice at 90 calories.

    It is lightly overcast this morning, fortunately there was no breeze and thus despite the 14 degrees colder it was actually more comfortable while I was walking.

    I have a suspicion that the Frozen Cinnamon Coffee Cake is a NS version of the Drakes Cake Coffee Cake with a crumb topping.

    I'll be very interested how the Lemon Cakes tastes, I have tentatively ordered three of each of the new frozen cakes. I do have until the May 3rd to change my order so the feedback will be helpful.

    An hour walking is better than no walk.

    I'm back from walking and 1 cents. The temperature this morning was 30 degrees. While I was sitting in the living room eating my Pre Walk snack motion outside the window caught my eye. I thought it was one of the Dog walkers I usually see at that time of morning, When I looked out I saw two Deer walking down the street. Later while I was at the Midpoint of my Walk I saw two More Deer walking through a yard. Yesterday I heard an Owl Hooting and a close by Woodpecker, No matter how hard I looked I could not see either one of them.

    FWIW I filled the Gas Tank in the car on the 4th, it cost $24 and was the first fillup this year, the last fill was on December 17th. Did I mention I do not do much driving as I can walk to many places I need to go and my Brother does not mind picking up things at the ShopRite for me.

    You must be walking a lot quicker than I do, It takes me 100 minutes or longer to hit 8500 steps while walking. What we get left on the doors is usually Menus from Chinese eateries, And infrequently religious papers. That sounds like a good idea, letting papers build up says, nobody home for a few days.

    I'm back from walking and no cents. The temperature this morning was 38 degrees. I shortened my walk today, I had thought that unheated Gloves would be adequate, Sadly I could feel my fingers getting too cold thus I short circuited my walk :(

I am happy with the price and he didn't really see anything that needs to be done which is nice of course that is before the buyer gets an inspector so we shall see. next week they will come and take pictures inside and out so for today I will clean the basement and one closet has some of George's clothes in case he had to change but today I will pack it up. After this week I am hoping I won't have to come here as much. Roger today I am getting my ns so I will try the lemon cake and see if its good. We did have a little rain last night but it stopped this weekend is suppose to be nice Hi Vix and Jo

    Sunny here too, but still in the 50s. Stained glass this a.m., started to make a car for my son (37 Packard). There are a lot of pieces, it will take a while. Got to go on the wheel in pottery and threw a few (lopsided) pots, But they're getting a little better with some practice. Long, but fun day.
    Irene, that's good that they took the pictures....you're on your way.
    Roger, liked the engineer joke. I'll have to tell my son......maybe not....his girlfriend's a lawyer!

    I'm back from walking and with 1 cent. The temperature this morning was 29 degrees.
    The plan for the day is going to the Grocery Store, whether one or two I have not decided. I could stop at Whole Foods and pick up some bacon from the hot breakfast bar to use later this week or I could pick up the ShopRite Precooked bacon when I am there picking up water, Apples, Fresh Baby Carrots and Some Frozen Vegetables. I haven't decided, they are located a few minutes from each other despite being in adjacent towns.

    Congratulations on being given a price You are happy with. I had the last Chicken Provencal Dinner yesterday and went to see if I could add more as it was a limited time meal and no luck, it is gone from what I can see :(

    Thanks I await Your verdict on the new snack item. I do have around three weeks to adjust my next order.

    The weatherman this morning was forecasting a soaking rain on Monday which is not a thrilling thing to hear. Friday and Saturday look to be warm and I may, likely will be running the Living room Wall mounted AC. At least the next few days look OK.

    I'm glad You liked the joke, a few bad lawyers have given them a bad reputation. Most lawyers are good and they have helped me in the past with making a will, handling and estate etc.

    Monday I raked 1/2 of the Front yard and my brother did the other half. Tuesday I chopped up the branches I trimmed off of the Raspberry and Blackberry bushes and bagged them for pickup, meaning that the Yard work is up to date. Between that and Yesterday's Shopping Where I picked up fruit, Frozen vegetables and three types of lunch meat means that today all I need to do is clean the wall AC's filter as the weather forecast for Friday and Saturday is for warm temperatures that will lead to it being used.

    I hope the exercise and hair appointment went well

    According to the weather forecast with a predicted high of 80 for Saturday Today might be a better day for yardwork otherwise doing it ahead of the heat :smiley:

    Good morning.
    Painting and rheumatologist today. The painting is the fun part. It's supposed to go up to 74 today, and up to 80 Friday and Saturday. Sounds nice. :) Cloudy for now, but supposed to be sunny this afternoon. :)

    Good Morning , when we walked this morning it was 41 it was great. Today I am going to paint my front porch so that will be done. It is suppose to be 70 here today so the porch should dry nicely . Roger those lemon cakes are they frozen ? I will have to check my order because they weren't in my box or on the list. So you just might get them before me.

    Good Luck at the rheumatologist and enjoy the painting.

    For today's chore of the day I pulled the Grate and filter off of the living room Wall AC unit and then I brushed the lamp shade and lamp that sits on the table under, decluttered and cleaned the table that it sits on, Which also sits next to my recliner and put back the few items I actually keep on that table. Maybe tomorrow I will Vacuum, I'm not sure yet.

    I wish the weather forecast were for more seasonable weather so I did not have to run the large 220 volt AC in the living room. I will say excluding the kitchen it does a decent job keeping the rest of the rooms comfortable in the summers heat.

    They are Frozen, I am also sure You will get then as my upcoming shipment is in May...
    I'm guessing You got the Non frozen portion of You order first ? I suspect Your frozen and Shelf stable come the day after they ship as likely they come from the same Pa. Warehouses as mine do ?

    Since the weather will be warm enough to paint and not yet humid You are likely correct that the porch will dry nicely.

    It was 41 on my porch when I left the house too.
