good morning, took Annie for a short walk only like 32 minutes it is raining here so we will be staying inside most of the day. Yesterday we were in the pool it was nice the pool heater is really nice. So if it stops raining maybe we will be going on later, George is on vacation this week so it will be nice to have him home. Vix your paintings are really nice. Jo the new store sounds cool you will have to let us know how you like it. Roger we have had so much rain but no flooding which is nice. We haven't heard anything back from our realtor yet hate the waiting I will let you all know what happens

I just posted some humor with a swamp rat theme for some of them

    Hi
I'm back home from walking 1 cent. The Temperature out the door was 69 degrees and uncomfortable while walking due to a medium fog making it very humid IMO. It was OK walking so I did go further than on Monday.
Around here the rain was fairly steady when it started up again shortly after I returned home from walking Monday. Some parts of NJ had over 7 inches of rain and another day with severe flooding in some areas.

The Raspberry Bushes and the Blackberry Bush were very prolific, Sadly I only had a handful of Raspberries and a few more Blackberries due to four legged tree rats eating most of them before they are ripe enough for me to eat :(

    Hi Vix
That sounds like what my Brother went through when he sold his house, demands by the buyer to do this and that. At least they did not want things fixed and a price drop too. As I understand it one of the reasons for a house inspection before buying is to enable having problems fixed or a price drop.

Yesterday I got out of a chair and heard my knee crack :( Thus this morning before I left the house I crunched up a couple of Aspirins for any pains and crunching them up to speed their absorption.

    Have a Nice Day

I'm back home from walking Yesterday when I went back out I found a shiny Dime, Today Nothing. The Temperature out the door was 77 degrees and uncomfortable while walking due to humidity IMO. I did make one change, I picked up a Super Big Gulp Diet Pepsi with a lot of ice which did help somewhat. I think there is enough caffeine in that to keep a lack of Caffeine Headache away.

The hosts of the "Dennis & Judi Show" on NJ 101.5 radio have been taken off the air after repeatedly referring to to NJ Attorney General Gurbir Grewal, who is a Sikh, as "turban man" on-air on Wednesday.

The longtime radio hosts, Dennis Malloy and Judi Franco, were discussing Grewal's recent move to tell municipal prosecutors not to pursue charges for marijuana arrests, when they repeatedly referred to the AG as "turban man."

There was a light show out the living room window yesterday evening with Thunder and rain as an accompaniment. Then I suspect the Loud thunder that returned in the night woke me up and there was a couple of really loud Thunderclaps after I was awakened. 100% chance of rain as it spritzed, Technical term, in the afternoon then a heavier rain in the evening. The 10 O-Clock weather showed 0.6 inches nearby and then more fell overnight, After the Thunder probably woke me up I could hear large drops hitting the window AC.

    Hi
I'm back home from walking no cents. The Temperature out the door was 70 degrees and was comfortable while walking with a light breeze until a light rain made its appearance. That led to me pulling out the disposable rain poncho which blocked the breeze and made the walking less comfortable.
Today is forecast to be cooler and the humidity is forecast to drop for a couple of days.

Yesterday there was rain in the early evening.

Some has to be paying the costs.

good morning, hey Roger I listen to 101.5 all the time ,I knew they (Dennis and Judy )got in to trouble 10 days off. glad they are back . well our closing is for October 1st so hopefully I won't have to mow the yawn too many more times. I am not sure if they will be having an inspection or not we will see we are sending in our contract today it is all done now by e-mail .take care everyone
    Hi Irene
The 101.5 thing was a bit strange to me as anyone who ever listened to the show would know that they be very irreverent and thus what they said fit the type of thing they often do. Oh well.

Here's hoping neither of us have to mow to many more times, I fear that the weather is good growing weather for the grass :(

I am surprised that the closing is so far off, evidently the buyer is in no hurry.
    Good Luck
    Roger

    Good morning.
Congrats on getting your closing date, Irene.
Roger...my art class is pretty free-form. We provide our own supplies. Most teaching is by way of occasional videos or critiques or asking questions. A lot is just experimenting and conferring with other class members.
    Hi Jo!
We went out with the kids last night, lots of celebrating. :) My son and his fiance are looking for venues for their wedding. My daughter and son-in-law are starting to think of baby names, and all the preparations...baby due in February. :)
    Happy Saturday, everyone.
    Hi Vix
I was wondering about the art class, It seems to be working for You

Good Luck finding a great location

    Good morning;
Just finished catching up with everyone.
Roger-Did you get your AC fixed?
Irene-Congratulations on the sale of your house.
Vix-You had an exciting night. When is the wedding?
It rained heavily yesterday afternoon, and now it is quite a bit cooler.
I found a dime this week.
Nothing planned for today, just a relaxing day, I hope.
    Enjoy your day! :)
    Hi Joanne
Sadly the parts were the wrong ones, it turns out that when my brother got the model number off of the case that when the current one was installed they used the old case in the window since the 220V AC 18,000 BTU unit is a pain to change and that is where the model number is located :(
He has been in touch with where it was bought and is waiting for them to call back with the number that is in the window. Oh well, That's life.

    Have a Relaxing Day Today
    Congrats on the Find.
    Roger

    Good morning.
Overcast this morning, but it's supposed to be cooler with a high of 79. possible t-storms in the p.m.
Jo, they are looking at September or October 2019 for the wedding. I guess they'll know when they find the place. :)
No special plans for today. Happy Sunday, everyone. :)

good morning, how is everyone doing today? Vix when you sold your house did you use a lawyer trying to decide if we need one or not they do take care of everything all the legal stuff but they also charge 1250.00 not sure if we need it or not maybe you can help me with this. we did go for a nice walk this morning it was 1 hr and 30 minutes it was nice on our way back it started to drizzle but it was fine. Vix how exciting all the great stuff going on in your life. Hey jo and Roger
