    Nikki & I have decided to re-commit to this daily goal thread and keep it going. The purpose is to be consistent and set up goals that we shoot to achieve everyday. Any others that want to join can jump in, just post your own list of goals and then report back on your progress.

    My daily goals starting July 24
    1. Stay at or under my calorie target
    2. Only eat measured portions while sitting down (No open bags or containers)
    3. Exercise at least 20 minutes/day & bike 20 miles/week
    4. Make at least 5 positive or fun comments to my MFP friends in my news feed
    5. Pre-log if I am eating out

    My goals from 7/24

    1 Stay at or under goal
    2. eat greens at at least one meal, preferably 2
    3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
    4. Get at least 30 minutes exercise each day.

    I went 23 calories over. Nothing to get worked up about but still, a pinch of penalty. these gremlins, though, will not defeat me. The blackguards!

    I'd like to join this thread & will start the completion against the Gremlins August 1st. For now I'll list my goals:
    1. Track everything I eat on MFP
    2. Log on daily
    3. Drink 6 glasses of water
    4. Get at least 30 min of activity in daily & log it

    Gremlins 0Went to a party tonight. One beer, a small plate of food and a scrawny piece of cake. Had a good time. Food was good, but not overdoing it was better.
