Wow ... hotter in North Carolina than it was in Florida. I feel for you people who are dealing with this. No miles yesterday or today other than the automobile kind and plenty of those. It's 70F where I'm going :-)0

My first days off for the summer and I am exercising through flooding rainstorms, lightening and humidity. What gives with June? 100% humidity running this morning...

Me again - my 4 hr "princess" shift was canceled for this afternoon and I was way under my 10K steps so I went for a 3.1 mile walk. It's only 99 out. Some moms waiting for their kids' bus had some remarks when I walked past but since a dad from across the street was with them, I kept my middle finger in check

Added 4.5 miles today, most in the morning but I did take a few laps around the house tonight to add some distance. I really need to do about 5 miles a day to make goal, but I am giving up that dream for tonight anyway. June total 63.5 miles.

@Kar328: At 99 degrees, You would only have wasted your energy raising your middle finger?
I finish my brutal 100% humidity run of 7+ miles yesterday morning only to have the humidity literally drop to 40% 10 minutes after I finished. So today I decide to try a back to back long run before the humidity climbs back to 100% again. It was a much nicer run but my legs ran out of gas on my hill sprint at home.
June 17: 13.67 miles - 10.67 miles running and 3 miles walking
