It seems that I always have one day on the weekend that I get almost no walking in no matter what my plans. Saturday I only walked 1.5 miles. Now today, even with all the yardwork we helped my mom with, I still walked 4 miles. So I've added 5.5 miles for a June total of 54.75 miles
Well, I see I won't make it to the green today. Oh well, there is always tomorrow.

I walked the furries 4 miles in the morning & then rode the ex bike 6 later this evening.
It will be hit or miss this week with miles cuz I go to the city for workshops & classes. They start at 8 a.m. till 5 p.m & I'm a country girl & am not real found of traffic so I will leave early from hotel . I will talk my coworker into walking with me instead of shopping, who am I kidding right? LOL

No miles for me today but on the bright side I am all packed up for the summer and ready to go north. Time for this snowbird to fly!
@ lovemyalex - got the miles donated to anaconda. She's almost half way and you're the only one with bonus miles so far!
@vhuber - hope all goes well in the city, for you and your husband.
Have a great week folks! I'll check back in when I arrive.0 -

Got out for an easy spin. Boy am I slow compared to where I was last month. Ride like a slug on Valiums. But managed over 50 mins before everything started to hurt. Riding over a bumpy road still give me a headache and after a point my back and neck muscles start to tighten up. Boy I will be real glad when this crap is over. I just noticed I am over 5000 miles, that was my biggie, and I just forgot about it.
Good news @anaconda469 but sounds like you should still take it a bit easy if you want to be healed enough to ride at Bend later.
@Lovemyalex -- Good luck on the 24th! You are a hero with all your one legged biking. That happens to be bike to work day here in Colorado.
All of this talk of 8000 miles and 5000 miles made me go look at the sheet and there I am over 5000 miles which must have happened a few months back. I didn't even notice it. I doubt I'll remember to look for 8000 miles either. I should have made green this weekend. Yeah! About time I was making my goal.

To all, I deeply appreciate what everyone is doing, especially @LoveMyAlex! I am back on the bike, but not as recovered as I thought. I am moving the best I can at the moment I did go to the Tillamook Cheese Factory yesterday and a walk on the beach. So relaxing in fact that my ride was a little better today.
06/14 - 2.0 miles beach walk
Total: 71.0 miles
06/15 - 10.0 miles cycling
Total: 81.0 miles

I made the mistake of waiting until lunchtime to take a walk. Way too hot and humid for that to be a good idea. I will need to get out in the morning if I want to keep getting miles in.
Added 4.25 miles today for a June total of 59 miles.
@Lovemyalex Great to see you moving right up until surgery. I will keep you in my prayers that the knee replacement goes well and you heal quickly and well.
@anaconda469. It is good to see you are getting out there again as much as you can. It may take awhile for everything to heal, but you are not letting this stop you.0 -
