    Thanks everyone!!! I'm so happy to be going strong. And - finally getting a little exercise in today after a long bout of doing minimal stuff. My ankle and elbow are healing up!

    I will give it my best shot. My birthday is next month but hat doesn't have to mean bingeing, just overindulging. And I have a final weigh in for a Dietbet that ends in August so staying binge-free should help.
