Working on my attitude today. I haven't been feeling it at all this week, for some reason. I've made it to my workouts, but just not focused. So, need to up my energy and focus for the remainder of the week.
Or take a nap.
Hope you can up your energy & focus or as u said take a nap0 -

I desperately want to come in under my calorie target today but I am going out with some work friends for a tour of a brewery and more drinks and food afterwards.
Don't want to be a party pooper but it's gonna be hard0 -

Away from home for daughters birthday, so I am making cake. I hope to not eat too much of it.0

Today if I can not go over goal I will be doing handstands.0

Get sbout 500 calories of cardio burn off and a good tricep workout. Not too much weights, just that one muscle group.
Need to start a two week fat burn cardio cycle.
Patience is key0 -
I want to stay under my calorie goal.0

Today I want to:
Get my 30 minute walk in √
Stay under my calorie count
Drink 8 glasses of water
Get out and enjoy the sunshine with my family

There won't be any handstands tonight. What I really nned to do is drink a lot of water today, go to bed early and start all over again. The past couple weeks have just been so life-y, f you know what I mean. I seriously need to be left alone for a couple of days. Which never seems to happen.0

I couldn't do a handstand if I tried. The trick is to incorporate life and not let it derail you. Sometimes you can't help it, but more often than not, you are in control.0

Yeah, that was tough and didn't go too well.
On the plus side it was the most fun I've had in ages.

Today I plan to:
Stay under my calorie count
Drink 8 glasses of water
Raining here, so do a 30 minute workout indoors. Maybe get the family to join me???0 -
I work a 12 hour shift on Saturdays. Its always just a challenge to get through the day and not hit the vending machine or some other form of self destruction.0

Got in 16,193 steps so far by 11 am.
Now I have calorie room for a good lunch with plenty still burnt off
A good day!0 -
I will be starting a low calorie diet and exercise plan on Monday June 29. I would like to make up my mind TODAY on what exercise plan I would like to do. I also need to do some gardening and outside chores that I have been putting off because of heavy smoke from wildfires in the area for the past few days.0

sillymetwo, I have to reboot too. What did you decide on?0

Today, I just want to get through the day calorically unscathed.0

nikkib0103, I am going to use the older firm classic workouts with weights 3 days a week and on alternate days Billy Blancs tae bo workouts. Once I get into better shape, then ease into Jillian Michael's body shred, revolution or t25. In 2012 I did GM body revolution, but quit on the 4th week because I had pulled a back muscle, but not from the exercise. It was something really stupid like turning my body the wrong way. Go figure…
I’ll be cutting back on calories, too. My calorie intake will depend on the amount of exercise I get. Probably around 1350 to 1550. Tomorrow is the big start day!

Today I decided to squeeze in an extra walk as I am going to be pushed tomorrow timewise. I ended up with 21 boxes of cat food and had to call for a lift home.....
If that doesn't make sense - I hoofed it to the shops.....for some greeting cards....saw an offer on cat food, forgot i was on foot and bought 21 boxes. Makes sense now, huh?0 -

I did The Firm and Tae Bo a number of years ago. I really loved Tae Bo. I wish the original beginner tapes were on DVD. I would order them in a heart beat. I don't have a VCR anymore... I would be interested in hearing how you progress in these classic workouts.0 -
1. Lunchtime walk at work
2. Upper body day at the new gym.
3. Walk to the old gym and back, clean out locker, and turn in my card and lock0 -

Today I just want to come in under goal. I did my walk, had my breakfast, a good snack, plan a healthy lunch and dinner. If I can manage this it will be enough to make me happy.0

Good goals for everyone! It helps to share because it gives me ideas and focus for my own goals.
Today, I already went to my spin class this morning. Now I need to find a healthy lunch, since I ran out of time to pack one. And then, after work, I'll be going to the gym to run.0
