    I do have a wonderful family. They are taking care of us old folks. my son in law and grandson install a new Fawcett in the kitchen that was leaking. Kathy had a nice yard sell She wanted to get rid of lots of old things They have a move coming up soon. They will be building a home in Oklahoma as soon as she can retire Which she hope to in about a year. They will be on some river That they can fly fishing on. Kathy took lesson a few weeks back

    i roasted some frozen peaches in my air Fryer wonderful they are too hard just to eat but this's made them softer

    I am going to try some frozen cut okra for tonight. not the breaded kind.

    we had a nice rain this morning. and due for one tomorrow too.

    Nancy...I use my air fryer nearly every day! Love, love, love fish and salmon cooked in it, not to mention fries! The beauty of it is no breading necessary for the fish..just seasoning is enough.

    Nancy I do not cook meat in mine but loves those frozen sweet potatoes fries
    I bought me a new steam microwave dish and it does wonders for frozen veggies at least the baby potatoese and brissell sprouts with 2 T. of soy sauce as my water to steam them.
