18.6 miles today - 15.2 from cycle class, the rest from walking (and breaking in new shoes). I wasn't sure about taking the cycling class, but while trying to untangle my leg from the TRX strap, during a particularly sweaty class, the instructor asked if I was going (with a big evil grin) - it's her class too, so I just whimpered "okay" and crawled down the hall to the bikes.
