If i am in a maintenance phase, i would use that or the rolls. But during weight loss, i don't want the additional calories. I rather have the additional meat.

I'll tone it down a bit with the un-elegant and no fuss snack.

Sure no sugar added pudding, still has carbs but I'm still within my macro's so It's all good.

I actually eat this almost every morning Monday through Friday around 10-11am. Hmmmm

I haven't really got into avocado just yet, but I was interested in trying an egg in there for breakfast one day.... I'll have to take the plunge soon.

I've done it with the egg and I do season the avocado. I have Everything Bagel seasoning and will be trying that.

Very simple dinner tonight... (to be honest it is most nights... lol)

But I just can't explain how much I love a roasted Chicken thigh or Leg.

That's 5 ounces after bone removed. Hmmmmm and I'm having the same thing for Lunch.

    Good Morning Everyone...

This is the first day since Early January, where I 100% avoided Eggs and Bacon in some form for breakfast. Friday is the day we like to shake things up a bit.

    0rfekcjjurj5.jpg

Believe it or not everything you see there is only 15 net Carbs. Definitely one of the Highest carbs meals I've had in a while. But Considering It's a big bowl of oatmeal and a Scrumptious toast loaded with tasty Gooey Peanut Buttery Cinnamon Brown sugar goodness. Huh sign me up. As a Bonus 19 Fiber in one meal.

FYI that's a double serving worth in the bowl, and in case anyone was wondering the Dixie Dinner product is actually pretty good. I have tried peach, maple brown sugar and apple cinnamon and all of them are remarkably similar to the instant Quaker Oats counter parts. As for price, it's actually on the cheaper side considering it's a "Low Carb" product.

I have an addiction to pork rinds. And chips and a sandwich is a must. This is the keto version.
