Grilled New York Strip, Grilled Asparagus, Grilled Lobster.

    dedivgiouv5t.jpg
    gqt0xlrhe8nx.png

I have to say I love cooking this exact combo... I just lay the asparagus out on a sheet of foil, use a brush to lay some melted butter on them... Salt pepper.

Then I cut the back out of the lobster, and pull the tail out, brush it with avocado oil and again salt and pepper. Pop them back in the shell and seal them up in a foil pouch.

Prepare the steaks with all the that fine seasoning...

Heat the BBQ up to 500-550 or so... Then everything goes on once and it's all ready in 10 minutes flat.

Basically lay the sheet of asparagus open and flat on one side of the BBQ. position your steaks on the other side, and throw the pouch of tails on. Close it. 5 minutes later open it roll the asparagus around, flip the steaks and flip the tails. 4 minutes later every thing is done. Tails or moist and perfect, steak is usually medium rare depending on thickness, and well just look at those tasty asparagus.

But I should note, I actually started the asparagus about 5 minutes ahead this time as they were quite a bit thicker then usual.

And the added bonus, almost no dishes were dirtied in the cooking of this fine meal.

What a Cahwinkiedink... I too made a little something with Hughes Original front and center.

Home made Keto Sweet with Heat Meatballs and Sauce on Cauliflower Rice

Sauce was basically 12 tbsp of Hughes original, 2 tbsp brown sugar swerve, 2 tbsp bochasweet... And an ounce of onions, jalapenos, garlic, seasoning... Turned out really tasty.

Incidentally if anyone hasen't used bochasweet before it's handy as it helps emulsify erythritol... Allowing a nice smooth (crystal fee) texture... Great for making a Keto Caramel sauce etc.

Good Morning all.. My last Keto Loaf rose to new towering levels. Huge toast but still only 1.7 net carbs and 95 calories... the down side more of everything is needed to cover it. Took 7 slices of cheddar to cover that thing (cut thin mind you). There is 1 tbsp of jam under the cheese and one on top. 2 pats of butter on the toast.

    Total net carbs <7 grams.

P.S. I highly recommend Polaner Sugar Free Jams + fiber. I've tried quite a few "Low Carb" Jams and jellies over the years and this is the first one that I'm happy with. Taste, Consistency, and doesn't turn watery at all. And the Jar is a decent size as well. (not a munchkin mug)

Truffle... Oh man. I want to taste it.

Finally got around to making (Brown Sugar Cinnamon) French toast with the Best Keto Bread Recipe.... Why did I wait so long? And I was careful to measure both the butter that went into the pan and on top afterwards! B) (Only 5 Net Carbs)

While the roll isn't very low carb friendly, this pulled pork came out amazing, especially considering it was my first time with a smoker.
