I think maybe your feed isn't showing from newest to oldest, but the opposite. I'm not much help since I do all my MFP on my desktop and loathe the app (I can't do anything or even find what I want on it.) Good luck with changing it over.

I think they are looking at when some threads were created, not when the last response was.

@psuLemon that's the omelette I order whenever I'm at a breakfast/brunch restaurant. With added fresh spinach in it. Awwwwesomeness!!
These days I'm eating pheasant eggs (given to us by one of my hubby's customers who raise pheasants), so tender and such a mild flavoured yolk. Pretty shells too.

So depending how the rest of the day, this could also work for keto at only 24g of carbs. Otherwise, just have a keto friendly roll or go bunless.

Smoked bbq pork on a bbq cheddar cheese burger, topped with ghughes hickory bbq sauce.

At less than a carb. Hickory smoked chicken thighs using some GHughes no added sugar bbq sauce.

I love spaghetti squash, especially cold with a good Greek Vinaigrette dressing and lots of pepper freshly ground on top.
I did mention a while ago that I would put up my pheasant egg photos. I managed to load them from my phone onto my desktop, but I HATE windows 10 with a passion as it likes to take my photos and rearrange them into some sort of series of folders of random collections that it titles itself. Seems like the only way I find certain photos is to just stumble across them again one day. Windows 7 had a great little Photo Gallery program you could do so much with, but Windows 10 Pictures program is shite.
    OK, enough tech rant....
    here's the pictures.

Are you tracking calories? Are you weighing your food with the food scale?

If you aren't losing weight, its calories... Not carbs.

Home made Sour Cream Dip. I usually wing it, but I think it was 2tbl Sp of Sour Cream, 1tbl Sp of Mayonnaise, half a tea spoon of onion powder and a pinch of salt.

Normally I would make a Blue Cheese dip to go with the wings, but that day I couldn't be bothered to get the mini processor out of the cupboard.

Blue Cheese Dip. Chunk of Blue Cheese (depending on how cheesy you want it) . 3tbl sp of Mayonnaise, 3tbl sp of Greek Yoghurt. 1 small shallot very finely chopped. Wiz in a food processor. if you don't have a processor, you can mash the cheese up with a fork in a bowl. Then add the other ingredients. If its too thick, let it down with a little red wine vinegar.

Baked Red Peppers stuffed with ground beef/ tomato. I fry 500g ground beef with garlic & a small chopped shallot, add a can of chopped tomatoes and leave to simmer until some of the liquid has evaporated. This makes enough for a few meals, so I freeze what doesn’t make it into the peppers. Stuff the peppers with the beef, top with a bit of mozzarella and torn basil and bake for 35/40 minutes in a medium hot oven.

From a couple of nights ago - the top pic is mahi mahi chunks (the fish taco size) breaded in pork rinds and 'fried' in the Air Fryer. It was freaking awesome!

The second is garlic shrimp on the Natural Heaven hearts of palm 'pasta'. Also very good!
