I have gotten behind on posting exercise last several days this week.
Monday was a rest day.
Tuesday I walked 75 minutes in the hilly neighborhood near the PT office my brother goes to.
Today (Wednesday) I walked 90 minutes by my self while my brother went to an exercise class for PT patients the PT office offers its patients.
Then I did a "therapy walk" with brother at a wonderful new park I discovered while walking earlier this morning. There also was an area with exercise equipment at the park!
So far this month: total of 555 minutes walking outdoors.

My goal for November is 120 miles - 15 over 10,000 steps - get back on mini trampoline or use my walking DVD's.
Total for week 1- 24.2 miles (1/15 over 10,000)
Nov 8 - 5.3 miles - 11721 steps (2/15)
Nov 9 - 3.5 miles
Nov 10 - 2.4 miles
Nov 11 - 5.5 miles - 12107 steps (3/15)
The weather is still nice here, freezing at night , but still getting some yard work done.... picking away at it. Moving the crushed rock is slow because I have to do it by hand .... but that's okay - I need the muscle building. I have 4 more days off... so hopefully I can finish the outside work and get some of the basement organizing done too...0 -

The 2 Mile Walk This Way and the 2 Mile Silver Walk this morning. My walking ticker on Leslie's site now shows as 647 ACTIVITIES, 2501.5 MILES! I reached my goal and I have 10 days left until my birthday. What an emotional journey. Thank you, thank you MFP walkers and Leslie for the kindness, encouragement and support.

60.5 I am not setting another goal for the month. I am going to wake up each day and do whatever I feel like doing. I told myself today would be a rest day. LOL My body needs to move first thing in the morning. I did 4 miles this morning. The 2 Mile Walk this Way and the 2 Mile Silver Walk.0

Today I walked 60 minutes in my neighborhood. It was actually chilly enough this morning that I stopped by the house while walking to trade my T shirt for a sweat shirt.
So far this month: total of 615 minutes walking outdoors.

85 minutes walking outdoors this morning finished. It was brisk out this morning .

69.5 I walked 5 miles in the cold this morning. 38 degrees and I had to defrost my car just to get to the park. I considered not going and boy am I glad I went. It was invigorating and fun.0

LOL texasgardnr I am so glad you avoided the yesterday BEFORE you stepped in it. That's the way to thwart the Friday the 13 s!!!!!
I was not so lucky! My husband and I went to the Commissary, which is about an hour away, and got in a traffic jam caused by an accident and it took 3 hours to get home. I decided it was the trolls of Friday the 13th at work! What makes this whole troll idea a bit more humorous is that the upper and lower peninsulas of Michigan are divided by the Straights of Mackinac and are connected by the Mackinac Bridge. People from the Upper peninsula are called Yoopers and those of us who live in the lower peninsula are called ... Trolls (we live "under the bride)!!!!! So my 3 hour ride home was most likely caused by a couple of "trolls." :laugh: I hope everyone else made it through unscathed in spite of the 13th trolls!!!!

I just got Leslie's newest DVD in the mail: Just walk: 5 Boosted Miles. It says Boost your walk to pump up your results like never before! When I get time this week, I will try it and review for all of you. Till then, I am stuck at this computer-grading!!!! :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:
